Fostering Deeper Understanding & Engagement

Churches share how Breeze Translate has helped their members truly connect with sermons and services.

One of our congregation - a lovely lady from Punjab, India who has been a faithful attendee for over 7 years told us that it's the first time she's come to church and 'understood everything that has been said'. It's hard not to get emotional when you see the reaction people have to seeing (and hearing) things in their own languages.

North Evington Free Church, Leicester

I was recently very encouraged to hear from one of our Iranian men who has very limited English, but told me that with the aid of Breeze Translate he can understand 90% of the sermon.

Silver Street Church

A member of our congregation explained, with real emotions, how this was the first time he had had the sermon in his own language in over 7 years. He shared how much of an impact it had on him to finally understand all of what was preached.

NEFC, Leicester

One of our international brothers was feeling really down... That was the first week we offered Breeze and he was overjoyed. He got to understand more of the sermon and be fed faithfully from the gospel.

Christ Church Newcastle

Our Farsi speakers love St Gabriels but until now, their level of engagement with the service has been hampered by the level of their English. Now they are able to follow along and go deeper with God through a fuller understanding of all parts of the service.

St Gabriel's, Cricklewood

We have a Romanian lady in our church who has been coming faithfully for the past 3 years without understanding much of what was going on in the services. Now that she is able to have audio translation in her own language this is a real life changer. She was literally crying with joy the first time she could hear the sermon in her own language.

Creating a Sense of Welcome & Belonging

Stories of how language accessibility builds community and inclusion.

The very first time we trialled Breeze there was an electric buzz in the room as people discovered their own African, Chinese and Indian dialects - people were shouting out in excitement. To have a moment of connection, in a spiritual place, to your home language was really precious. It sowed to our sense of collaboration and family across nations.

For us, I would describe Breeze as a game changer. It allows the gospel to reach all nations within our church and has already made a significant impact in the short time we've been using it.

South Tenerife Christian Fellowship

About 60% of our church doesn't speak English at a high level. We have several families from Spanish-speaking countries that have really been engaged through Breeze Translate and many people from unreached middle eastern countries that have deeper relationships with our church through translation.

Thanks so much for using your gifts for our Lord and His Kingdom in this way, it truly is making His Church a more inclusive place in which 'every tribe, tongue and nation' can join together in worshipping Him.

St Peter's, Hillfields, Coventry

Every week, I get great feedback from thankful people who have been able to follow the service. Typically, it's people who have settled in the UK from abroad, but have visitors (e.g. parents) from home who aren't speaking much English and are now able to follow our services with ease.

Simple, Practical, and Effective

Hear how churches find Breeze Translate easy to set up and use every week.

We had three fluent people following the sermon in Mandarin, Portuguese and Spanish using text translation, and all seemed very positive. There is very little lag. They will be grateful for this tool to help them understand better.

Dundonald Church, London

We had trialled the service in the morning and it went really well. The main thing was that our Farsi speakers could get on and use the service and they were impressed at how accurately it translated most things.

St Gabriel's, Cricklewood

We were previously using Microsoft Translate, and having the ability to run translation through a computer terminal so we can connect directly to our soundboard has been incredibly helpful. The ability to use the soundboard for translation has made a major difference for us in terms of clarity.

Hounslow Town Church

Breeze Translate has been an excellent, easy, accessible tool that allows us to warmly welcome and effectively communicate with a range of people with whom that would otherwise be very challenging.
